![]() The food was truly exceptional and our server was absolutely fantastic!!įor dessert, our server brought over a dome filled with liquid nitrogen. We were sat in a secluded area of the restaurant looking directly out at the Shanghai skyline as the city lit up throughout the evening. It was our first ever Michelin star experience so we decided to go for the tasting menu to try lots of different amazing foods. We went to dinner in the Ritz-Carlton at the amazing Jin Xuan Chinese Restaurant on the 53rd floor. So all in all - service, furnishings, atmosphere and food were amazing! My mother was very happy about this present! :) More I don't remember that I've tried anything like that before. ![]() We've ordered soup, appetizer, main course, dessert and wine! All of them were top delicious, the combination of the flavours was unforgettable. There were so many of them and all of them sounded very delicious! Fish or meat lovers, vegetarians - everyone can find something for themselves! :) Wine card was also big and well organized (red/white/country etc.) and for sure, before the waitress filled your glass - you could taste it and see, if it has a good taste for you. You could order a special menu (michelin-star kitchen, seasonal etc.) or just enjoy seperate dishes. Anna has made our evening very pleasant and remembering, so me and my mother were really grateful to have such a kind waitress! Thank you, Anna! We didn't even raised our hand or called her, she was very careful and observant! Her English skills were very good, so she could explain us everything about food, the details etc. that we were going to get such a nice table near the window, so you could see a beautiful panorama! As an addition, our table was decorated with fresh rose petals, the restaurant putted it together in the shape of heart! :)Īfterwards, stuff member Anna introduced herself to us and helped us with the menu! She has made some recommendations and she was very friendly! For the rest of our evening she was kind of our "personal" waitress. My mother had on 11.01 her birthday!Īs we have arrived to the restaurant, stuff greeted us very politely and have shown us our table. I've made the reservation for this restaurant on tripadvisor directly for the special occasion.
